Shared Lessons
Shared lessons (Limited to 3) are a great way to experience the original Pilates method; and a good way to manage costs.
We will match you to a session and workout partner at an appropriate level of experience. We recommend that you have an individual session first, so we can assess and understand your needs.
The original Pilates method using the equipment, is meant to be taught in very small groups (3 maximum). This is one of our points of difference we believe very strongly that Pilates should only be taught this way.
You will benefit from the attention from the teacher, the lesson will meet your needs and you will progress in a safe and effective way.

Book a shared session and you bring a workout partner and choose a time that suits you. Minimum 2 maximum 3
These sessions can be booked casually or semi-permanently.
Rates:
$49.00 per session, per person or $450 for 10 sessions if paid in advance.
